Below are some common questions & answers about the my extra savings rewards program.
My extra savings members receive exclusive member only savings, including:

- Members who provide an email address receive special offers, extra discount coupons, and can get a sneak peak at our upcoming sales!
- Members who provide an email address also receive member-only special sale events

- A special discount to celebrate the anniversary of your my extra savings enrollment

Every time you spend $300 on qualifying items, you'll receive a $10 my extra cash coupon, good for $10 off your next in-store purchase. It's a great coupon – there's no minimum purchase amount, it's good on almost anything in our store, and you have 30 days to use the coupon!
You don't need to keep track of your reward - we add up your qualifying purchases at all Shopko stores and on shopko.com, and your in-store receipt tells you how close you are to receiving your reward.
You don't have to spend $300 in one visit – all qualifying purchases during the Program Year count. And there is no limit to the number of $10 my extra cash coupons you can earn!
There's no special debit or credit card to participate. If you are a member of a participating Shopko store, we use your my extra savings card to track your purchases, so swipe your card or we can look-up your card by phone number every time you shop to earn your $10 my extra cash coupons.
If you return any items that qualified toward the $300 spend, the value of those items will be deducted from your spend total. Some exclusions apply. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
If you are already a my extra savings Program member at one of the participating Shopko stores, you are automatically enrolled to receive $10 my extra cash coupons starting March 29, 2012.
To see if you are earning $10 my extra cash coupons, check the bottom of your receipt to see your progress toward earning your $10 my extra cash coupon. If your receipt does not show your progress, you are not a member of a participating Shopko store. You may Contact Shopko Customer Service to sign up for $10 my extra cash coupons.
If you are not a member of the my extra savings Program, to become a member just submit a completed application at one of the participating Shopko stores.
The following Shopko and Shopko Hometown stores are participating in $10 my extra cash coupons:
- IA: Council Bluffs.
- ID: Boise, Nampa, Meridian.
- NE: Bellevue, Lincoln, Omaha.
- WA: Kennewick, Union Gap, Walla Walla, Yakima.
- WI: Abbotsford, Marshfield, Plover, Rhinelander, Rothschild, Stevens Point, Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids.
All products purchased count toward the $300 spend except: any pharmacy or optical item which is funded in any way by federal or state subsidized insurance programs; prescriptions; doctor's fees and eye exams; mycontacts.shopko.com; gift cards; prepaid cards; alcoholic beverages; tobacco; RadioShack or FastCare products & services; non-merchandise services; Shopko coupons; shipping and handling fees; sales tax; purchases made on account by institutional charge customers.
Present your my extra savings card at time of purchase. If you don't have your card with you, our store associate may look up your card number by the phone number you provided on your application.
The price you pay for each qualifying item is added up until you spend $300. Sales tax, shipping fees, and Shopko discounts are excluded. If you return any items that qualified toward the $300 spend, the value of those items will be deducted from your spend total.
Each participating my extra savings card earns $10 my extra cash coupons. Purchases towards the $10 my extra cash coupons can not be combined for more than one my extra savings card, so be sure you consolidate multiple my extra savings cards if you signed up more than once. Contact Shopko Customer Service to consolidate multiple cards or update your phone number, address or other information.

Contact Shopko Customer Service and let them know which card you would like to keep active, and which cards you would like to deactivate. Only one active card per person is accepted. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
The Program Year runs from January 1 through December 31 each calendar year starting in 2013. In 2012, the Program Year begins on March 29, 2012.
After you've purchased $300 of qualifying items, the coupon will print on your in-store receipt. If you reach $300 on an on-line order, we will notify you via email when your order ships. The next time you make a purchase at a Shopko store, the coupons will print on your in-store receipt and your coupon will expire in 30 days. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
For every ten prescriptions you fill using your my extra savings card, you'll receive a coupon, good for $10 off your next $20 in-store purchase. You are automatically part of the Ten$ for 10 Club when you purchase your first prescription and scan your my extra savings card.
Ten$ for 10 participation is limited to my extra savings card customers paying cash for prescriptions or purchasing prescriptions through insurance programs which are not funded in whole or in part by federal or state subsidized insurance programs. To help you celebrate your birthday, you will receive a birthday coupon. Your birthday coupon will be emailed to you a week before your birth month. If we do not have your email address, make a purchase in-store the week before your birth month, or any time during your birth month, and you'll receive your coupon. The coupon is good during your birth month. Some exclusions apply. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
To thank you for being a my extra savings member, you will receive a discount coupon to recognize your enrollment anniversary. Your anniversary coupon will be emailed to you a week before your anniversary month. If we do not have your email address, make a purchase in-store the week before your anniversary month, or any time during your anniversary month, and you'll receive your coupon. The coupon is good during your anniversary month. Some exclusions apply. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
The following coupons can be used with other Shopko coupons, as long as you follow the coupon exclusions and minimum purchase requirement, if applicable: $10 my extra cash coupons; Ten$ for 10 coupons.
As a service, if you have provided your email address you may sometimes receive the same coupon twice. The coupons are one time use only.
We are not able to reissue coupons.
Only the person who earned or received a coupon may use the coupon. If you would like to receive coupons, please provide your email address and opt into receiving email. Also, be sure you use your my extra savings card on every purchase and you'll receive $10 my extra cash coupons.
Credit will not be given for purchases where you forget to provide your card or your phone number. The my extra savings card must be used at the time of the purchase.
If you forget your my extra savings card, our store associate can look up your account by phone number. To ensure your phone number is correct, please contact Shopko Customer Service.
Contact Shopko Customer Service to update your name, address, email address, preferences, or to combine cards.
Please contact Shopko Customer Service if you believe your card is stolen, and we will deactivate your card. If you no longer have your plastic card, you don't need to re-enroll. Just provide the cashier with your phone number and your purchase will be added to your card.
